We’re all about simplicity and affordability. The food is at the forefront; we’re more into moist towellettes than fine linens and silver platters. Our mobile barbecue trailer and smoker allow us to cater year-round for events in almost any location in Montana. We offer multiple options of service, including buffet style, on-site cooks, and drop off. We can provide food for hundreds of party-goers or friends and family in your backyard, all with the same simple, efficient service.

For most vendor events, we have a guaranteed minimum required. Our barbecue isn't a quick process!

At Kick Back Barbecue, we’re passionate about what we do—smoking big hunks of delicious meats. We provide year-round catering and vendor services so that you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the occasion. We specialize in authentic southern-style wood-smoked barbecue, using quality ingredients and a tried and true method of smoking to ensure success. We take our time with our cuts of meat, slow-smoking them at low temperatures to ensure rich, smoky flavors and tenderness. All our food is hand-prepared and cooked specifically for your event. Nothing out of a bag here.
Our specialty is providing quality barbecue at affordable prices, but we can service just about any culinary request. Hell, we can even get quinoa and kale for vegetarians. If you’ve got something in mind that you don’t see on our menu, let us know, and we’ll accommodate your wishes. If we don’t think we can, we’ll let you know upfront.
